This project allows you to create some darling labels for your herb cabinet. I decided to start with a pressed rose as I have fresh blooms occuring in my garden right now. Now my need to complete all collections has me wondering how I’m possibly going to get clippings for my jars containing more exotic herbs.
To complete this craft, I used a pressed rose specimen, blank labels, Mod-Podge, Calligraphy pens, Clippers, and a paint brush/sponge to apply the Mod-Podge
My labels came in sheets of four. As I didn’t want to get Mod-Podge over everything, I separated the label I was going to use.
My rose specimen was a little larger than requirements, so some clipping and creative arranging came into play.
Mod-Podge applied and the name & species of the plant was added to the label with a calligraphy pen.
After a little drying time the label was applied and returned to the herb cabinet.
